If we do it, it costs CHF 60 for a single person and CHF 80 for a married couple. Each property adds CHF 20, each child with own return CHF 20, and larger securities holdings a surcharge. Express in 2 working days costs an extra CHF 50. If the AI fills it in and you file yourself, it is cheaper, from CHF 36. The deductions check states the exact fixed price before you decide.
With “We do it”, your return is ready for approval within 7 to 22 calendar days. The time starts as soon as we confirm by email that your documents are complete. If we ask a follow-up question, the time is on hold until your answer arrives. With Express, it takes 2 working days. With “AI fills in”, you set the pace: the AI reads each receipt straight after upload.
Yes, with “We do it”, in the deductions check when placing the order. Your return is then ready for approval within 2 working days, i.e. within 48 hours counted on working days only, excluding weekends and Zug public holidays. It counts from our confirmation that your documents are complete: if we confirm on Friday at 10:00, it is ready by Tuesday at 10:00 at the latest. Express costs an extra CHF 50. If we do not meet the 2 working days, you get the surcharge back.
The form or letter from the tax office with your access details: in Zug, PersID, case number (Geschäftsfallnummer) and security code (Sicherheitscode); in Zurich, access code (Zugangscode) and AHV number. In Lucerne, you open the return with your own eSteuern.LU account and share it with us. Plus your receipts, such as your salary statement and pillar 3a. A power of attorney for us, signed by both spouses if you are married. And your approval before anything is filed.
With “We do it”, we file for you once you approve. Zug and Zurich expressly allow this. In Lucerne it is not yet officially regulated. There, for now, you click the submit button yourself, and we show you where. If the AI fills it in, you file yourself, in your canton's online tax return: ZHprivateTax in Zurich, eTax.zug in Zug, eSteuern.LU in Lucerne. In Zug you log in with AGOV, the Swiss authorities' login. In Zurich with AGOV or a ZHservices account. In Lucerne not with AGOV but with your own account: email, password and a code by text message. In the portal you transfer the values from the fill-in guide, upload the receipts and file.
No. The PDF is a fill-in guide, not an official form. It summarises the values you transfer into your canton's online tax return.
No. The AI can make mistakes, which is why you are in control. Each line shows which receipt it comes from and can be changed. Fidevo gives no guarantee for the values, and a check cannot be added. If you want a person to fill it in, choose “We do it”. We are happy to answer questions about using it, by message in your account or at . An answer is neither a check nor tax advice.
Your canton decides. For the 2025 tax return, the deadline ran until 31 March 2026 in Zurich and until 30 April 2026 in Zug. In Lucerne, the deadline is on the form you receive. An extension is possible: in Zurich until 30 November at the latest, in Zug online until 31 December, in Lucerne depending on the case until 31 August or 30 November. In Zurich and Zug, the request must arrive before the deadline expires. In Lucerne, taxpayers with professional tax representation generally have until 31 August 2026, without a request. With “We do it”, we request the extension for you if your access details reach us before the deadline expires.
Let us know straight away when you make your request. In Zug, Zurich and Lucerne, an extension of the deadline can be requested. With “We do it”, we request it for you as long as the deadline is still running and we have your access details. The tax office has to grant it.
Your tax office sets the deadline, and it applies to you. If your documents arrive so late that it is no longer enough, you bear the consequences: reminder fees, fines or a discretionary assessment. So send your documents early. With “We do it”, we request an extension as long as the deadline is still running and we have your access details. If you receive a reminder, forward it to us immediately. In Zurich, for example, the reminder deadline is only 10 days.
No. Photos or PDFs are sufficient. The only important thing is that everything is legible.
Not yet, we are expanding. Send an enquiry anyway and we will get in touch as soon as your canton is added. In some cantons, such as Bern, a representative may not file. There, we prepare the return, but you have to file it yourself.
A short enquiry is enough, we will get back to you.
We prepare your tax return based on the information and receipts you provide. The processing time starts when your documents are complete. Responsibility for accuracy, completeness and timely filing remains with you as the taxpayer. With “AI fills in”, Fidevo does not check the values and gives no guarantee. The Terms and Conditions apply.
