When does it get tight?
Rent, health insurance, subscriptions, instalments: enter them once. You see what leaves every month and when the bills pile up. Free, in the browser, no sign-up.

The next 12 months
Sample figuresNovember: taxes and insurance fall due together, CHF 3’150 more than usual. Set aside CHF 1’575 in each of October and November.

What a spreadsheet does not notice
Below your items, what follows from them. In full sentences, without a lecture.
Your subscriptions: CHF 1’236 a year
Streaming, gym, cloud, newspaper, nothing on their own, a holiday budget together. The app calculates each item over the year.
Health insurance, worst year: CHF 7’760
CHF 380 premium a month, plus a deductible of up to CHF 2’500 and CHF 700 co-payment. The calculator spreads the reserve for this across the months, so that a year with lots of doctor’s visits does not blow your budget.
The lease ends in 14 months
With the end date, the app knows when money frees up again and plans it straight away as a savings instalment.
Donations are deductible
If you donate regularly, you can deduct it from your taxes. The app reminds you where it applies.
App or Excel template?

What you want to know beforehand
Your figures belong to you. You decide whether they stay in the browser or in your account. No one else sees them.
Does it cost anything?
The overview and timeline are free, with no expiry date. If you want goals, simulations and the personal summary, choose Fixkosten Plus for CHF 4.90 a month, the first 14 days are free.
Do I need an account?
No. Without an account, the figures stay in your browser. With a free account, they are saved and available on every device, and you can transfer items you have entered to your account at any time.
Does it work on my phone too?
Yes. The calculator runs in the browser, on your phone just like on your computer. On iPhone and Android, you can add it to your home screen like an app.
Who can see my figures?
Only you. Even our staff have no access to your fixed costs, this is enforced in the database, not just promised.
How do I cancel Plus?
With one click on “Manage subscription” in the app. Plus then runs until the end of the paid period, and your figures are kept.
Is this financial advice?
No. The app works with your own figures and shows what follows from them. It does not recommend any products or investments.
Good to have at hand
- Payslip
- Rental agreement
- Health insurance policy
- Bank statement as CSV (optional)
The fixed costs calculator is a planning aid and not financial or investment advice. Sample calculations are based on your information and the stated assumptions.
